CUSTOMER REVIEWS:
It only picks up about 58 keys in my piano -

It does not pick up the 15 keys on each ends of the upright piano, as advertised. I tried to move it to different locations without success. I am supprised none of the reviews have mentioned this problem. This problem was even in the reviews of the newer model Korg OT-120. It works great on the other keys and on the guitar. Wonder if a contact mic would help.
It look nice and stable (I was afraid it would flip over, but it did not). It was sleek and smooth. Be careful because it may slip out of your fingers. You can turn on/off backlight as needed.
Over all it was a decent tuner, considering that I got it for under $37 from Amazon. However, I can only give it 3 stars because it could not pick up all the keys in the piano; Otherwise, it would be a 5 stars.

Good for Guitar -

After I use other inexpensive electronic tuners to tune a guitar, I need to fine-tune by ear. It's simpler to forego the tuner and use a tuning fork. This tuner is different: it's almost as accurate as tuning by ear, and easier and faster.
The main difference is Focus Tune: it automatically switches the display from +/- 50 cents to +/- 10 cents when you're within 10 cents of the target pitch, meaning the needle moves in about 0.5 cent increments compared to 2 cent increments on the Korg CA-40.
It's not as accurate as an expensive strobe tuner, but close enough to satisfy most musicians.
PROS (compared to Korg CA-40)
Large display (2" h x 3.125" w), backlit (switchable)
Jacks for 9v DC, headphones
Volume control for headphone
User selectable reference tone (4 octaves vs 1): press on, press off
Sound level meter
Programmable temperament
Cloth pouch included
CONS (compared to Korg CA-40)
Heavier, bulkier
Not stable on a music stand
No instrument output
If dropped, more likely to break
I prefer LCA-120 for guitar; Korg CA-40 for orchestral and band instruments.
Chromatic tuner with LARGE backlit screen -

This electronic tuner is great. I used it last weekend in a darkened room. The backlit screen let me see in the near dark. The large size made it poosible to read the screen without squinting. When I first ordered it, I thought: "yeah. Right. We'll see." Now it is a permanent tool in my gig bag. I'll never do another gig without it.
Korg LCA-120 Focus Tune Chromatic Tuner with Large Backlit LCD -

Pros:
Great large display
Easy to read
Back-lit display superior to most other competitive meters
Great meter for the price
Cons:
Battery compartment cover very small and easy to lose (lost mine right away, it just fell off)
No AC adapter included
Shape makes it a little awkward to use
Buttons for backlight and other features are small and hard to read, especially in low light

Good, not great -

We specifically wanted a tuner that could do non-equal temperament (if you don't know what I mean by that, then this review might not be very helpful to you). This one is programmable, so I figured it would be fine... We'll mostly do 1/4 comma meantone, it's probably a pre-programmed setting.
No. There are no preprogrammed settings. And you can only store one "program", so I hope we don't want to try a different tuning any time soon. Furthermore, there was no feature to tune one octave and copy those settings to other octaves, so I had to make a spreadsheet, calculate all of the cents displacements for all of the octaves, and individually add each one. As I said, I hope we don't want to try a different tuning any time soon...
All that being said, it's now a tuner that can do equal temperament and 1/4 comma mean tone, and it's not bad at that. It's relatively easy to tell which of those you're in, and relatively easy to switch back and forth. The audio response is good, and its display is easy to read and seems very sensitive and accurate. So, it's certainly not bad. I just wish they had done a bit of a better job on the software, especially for non-equal temperament stuff.
